My Journey

Starting out in visual and digital design, I quickly gravitated toward product thinking and complex user experiences, learning early on that great design is about far more than aesthetics; it’s about solving real operational and human problems clearly and effectively.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across healthcare, SaaS, workforce management, hospitality, and digital product environments, designing everything from native mobile apps and enterprise platforms to scalable design systems and service experiences. My work has focused heavily on complex B2B and operational products, where balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and speed of delivery is critical.

In recent years, I’ve led product design initiatives across healthcare workforce platforms, helping shape product strategy, discovery practices, UX operations, and design system adoption within fast-moving cross-functional teams. I work closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and leadership teams to turn ambiguity into scalable, user-centred solutions that improve both customer experience and business performance.

I’m a hands-on design leader who enjoys operating across strategy and execution — from research synthesis, workflow optimisation, and experimentation through to prototyping, systems thinking, and refining interaction details. Alongside delivery, I’m passionate about helping teams mature their design culture through collaboration, mentoring, continuous discovery, and practical processes that make better product decisions easier.​​
